You will know what inspires you, what makes you feel great or afraid, what makes you happy or sad, and what drives or deflates you by the time you have finished writing in this notebook. At the conclusion of this journey, you will have the knowledge and resources necessary to enhance your self-worth and lead a fulfilling life, regardless of how you are feeling and where you are.
